   January 22, 2026:
   The Commission continued the hearing on this application to Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to allow additional written evidence or testimony only. Any person may submit written testimony or written rebuttal to testimony received, which is due by the following dates:

   New Testimony: Written testimony is due by 5 p.m. on January 29, 2026.

   Rebuttal: Written rebuttal to the testimony received on January 29 is due by 5 p.m. on February 5. No new testimony or evidence is permitted during the rebuttal period.

   Applicant’s Final Written Argument: The applicant must submit their final written argument by 5 p.m. on February 10, 2026. No new evidence is permitted.
