The appellant withdrew their Request for Public Hearing on 07-28-2025. The DRC hearing for this application, previously scheduled for 08-04-2025, has been cancelled.June 18, 2025
A timely notice of intent to appeal was submitted on June 18, 2025, before the 5:00PM deadline. The appeal of the Staff decision to the DRC will be August 4, 2025 at 7:00PM.
