Online Neighborhood Meetings for Land Use Applications

Per LOC 50.07.003.1.f, Community Development Code, some land use applications require a neighborhood meeting prior to submittal. This webpage is hosted by the City to provide a location where an applicant may post meeting materials to be viewed by the public prior to that meeting. It is provided as a convenience only; the applicant is responsible for the posted materials and for conducting the neighborhood meeting. Any questions should be directed to the applicant or contact person identified in the meeting materials.

PA 26-0013: A Neighborhood Meeting on 09/29/2026 at 6:00 PM for an partition to create two parcels that would include a variance to allow the use of an existing hedge for screening. 

PA 26-0030: A Neighborhood Meeting 09/28/2026 at 6:00 PM for a 2-parcel partition.
