The City of Lake Oswego is engaged in a long-range planning process to identify and evaluate options for a future library that can meet our community’s needs. The existing library facility is facing significant and worsening seismic, water intrusion, building system, and accessibility deficiencies. These conditions impact the ability to provide safe, reliable, and equitable services.
